It is the perfect romantic getaway for couples too! This beach front condominium offers an enchanting view of the Gulf of Mexico. It is a privately-owned, Gulf-front, one bedroom, one bath condominium equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation.
This resort offers 7 pools (1 heated indoor), 6 hot tubs, saunas, steam room,eight tennis courts, putting green, Nationally ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course on site, volleyball courts, fitness center, game room, shuffleboard, basketball courts, charcoal grills, gift shop, basic grocery store & deli, restaurant, video rentals & internet access on site. The Condo:
We recently remodeled and redecorated the entire condo in tropical island style for your enjoyment! The living room has a new queen-size sofa sleeper, new ceramic tile floors & armoire with 27' TV w/DVD/CD player, CD & book library. Free WiFi (wireless internet connection) is now available in unit. A dining table and chairs provide for a romantic dinner or family game time. The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV. There are two built-in bunks with a ladder & rails for kids in the hall with a separate door for privacy. The balcony is furnished with Brazilian hardwood rail-height chairs & table. Sip cocktails in style while you take in the Gulf breezes! This condo is an end unit, which means it is cheerfully bright and offers ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Views, views, views everywhere!
