The unit was completely refurbished and redecorated in 2007 with granite counter tops, custom maple cabinetry and hardwood bamboo floors. Large 3rd floor balcony overlooking beach, Home entertainment center includes 47 inch flat panel HDTV with Bose surround sound, CD/DVD. Master bedroom has queen bedding and flat panel HDTV.
