A Great space and a Great place

It was the first time I'd been to Destin and I wanted to take some friends along. There were 9 of us, all adults (28-34), some married and some not. Couples got the rooms and the others shared the bunks or the sofa. No one complained about bad beds except the sofa, but aren't those all uneven, and everyone had enough room for a weeks worth of clothes to be either hung up or neatly slid under the bed. The Master suite on the top floor was awesome! A King bed with a 2 sink bathroom and a large sitting area. The Master suite was as large as the bunk room, shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room combined. Both had a fairly large deck. The second suite downstairs was nice and about half the size ( No sitting rom really. The garage was great so our car wasn't sitting about in a strange place.
A FEW PROBLEMS DID COME UP. The smake detector went off on our 6th night at about 3am. The handyman didn't show up until 530 or so...but he was apologetic and nice and quick. The middle shared bathroom suffered from mold that was covering about 50% of the ceiling and was creeping down the walls. It was apparent to me that there was probably a leak from the master bath upstairs that was the main cause. It was a good thing none of us were bad allergy sufferers. The kitchen, though it had enough plates and glasses for 12, it was lacking in some of the best types of cookware, ie...crockpot, dedicated pot holders, whisk, good spatula, and a few other items. Also some daily cheap kitchen cleaner would have been nice. We bought our own along with some stuff to do dishes and laundry. and the laundry is very small. It is college dorm room small. 3 bath towels max.
