This two-story craftsman model has a first floor containing the: master bedroom suite and bath, living room with gas fireplace, dining room that seats 6-8, large kitchen with breakfast room, family room with queen-sized sofa convertible, laundry room, powder room, screened porch with ceiling fan and table and chairs for eating, and a shaded open deck. The second floor contains 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, one en-suite and the other shared by two bedrooms. House is attractively furnished and fully-equipped, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys/games. The use of three adult bicycles in included. One-car garage is attached. A wheelchair, walker, shower chair, and entrance ramp are available onsite for persons with disabilities, if arranged in advance. The street and community are very quiet and secure while being within short walking distance to the shopping and services on Rte. 26. Bicycles and trolley available for beaching.

The street and community are very quiet and secure while being within short walking distance to the shopping and services on Rte. 26. Bicycle lanes are provided all the way to the beachfront. A community pool, playground, and tennis courts are a short walk around the corner. Fishing in the community ponds is permitted. Shopping areas with grocery stores, gift shops, and the main street of Bethany Beach are nearby. Restaurants of various types are plentiful. It is a short drive to neighboring beaches in Ocean City, MD and in Rehoboth, Dewey, and Lewes in DE.

Notes: There are 4 televisions and 2 DVD and video players in the house. They are located in the master bedroom, one guest bedroom, the family room, and the living room. There has never been smoking in the house. Smokers are asked to use the porches and decks for smoking. Because the terrain is so flat, walking, bicycling, skate-boarding, and scooters are easy and fun. Golf is as varied as the many courses nearby. The community pool is a great place for children of all ages and a short walk from the house. The tennis courts are adjacent to the pool. There are two large ponds in the community for fishing, as well as multiple offerings for fishing and crabbing in the general area.
