Born in Alberta, Worked overseas since 1972. My wife Isabella is from Aberdeen, Scotland. We moved back to Canada in 2004 and live in this building.

Arthur Morrell purchased this apartment in 2005

Read about Vancouver being the most “LIVEABLE CITY” in the world. We came over on holidays and fell in love with the city.

Everything is in walking distance. The Suite overlooks FALSE CREEK & DAVID LAM PARK. No one can build in front of us to block the view.

Everything is close by, Canada Line (1 block) Hamilton and Mainland Street's for restaurants, nightlife. Granville Island just across False Creek were you can rent Kayak's, charter boats, go Whale Watching etc. Grouse, Seymour and Cypress Mountain's are 20 minutes away. Whistler is 1 1/2 hr drive.

GREAT LOCATION...GREAT VALUE!!!

I've stayed in Vancouver numerous times over the last 15 years and this property is BY FAR the best value!!! It has a great location overlooking the park and the harbor...the view is BREATHTAKING!!! You can walk to Robson, bike ride to Stanley Park, take a bus to Denman, the Aqua ferry to Granville Island or the train to the airport.
Free parking, free wifi, pool, gym...it has it all!

The owner (Art) goes out of his way to accomodate guests. I will definitely stay there again!!!!

WONDERFUL CONDO, GREAT AREA, FANTASTIC VIEW

We rented this Yaletown Condo upon returning from an Alaskan Cruise. First, the owners were great to work with. We had to drop our luggage off early and they were easy to work with on this. Additionally they live in the same building, which I find as a plus. The building is secured with keypads at the door and elevator.

Second, the location is great. It is close to many restaurants and an Urban Fare grocery store. The other nice thing about the location is that it is across from David Lam Park, which when we were lost was easy to ask locals how to get to David Lam Park, to get back to the Condo. David Lam Park is also a launch point for The False Creek Ferries, just one stop from Granville Island Market. The SkyTrain is just a block away, which was our entry point to the excellent Vancouver public transportation system. Initially I was concerned about the busy road in front of the condo, because I am a very light sleeper. However, even with the windows open I was not bothered by any street noise.

Finally, this is an excellent condo, with nice little extras. For example, one day I was feeling poorly and we decided to stay in. The view from the master bedroom and the living room are fabulous!!! My husband took the kids to the pool and of course there was David Lam Park for the kids to enjoy. All this made staying very enjoyable. The master bedroom is spacious, with the largest dresser I have ever seen in a rental condo. That dress was great not only for all the drawers but also had a large dresser top for all our things to set on. The kids’ bedroom was small, but 2 twin beds are great for 2 kids. There is no dresser in the second bedroom, but there is a large closet. Both bathrooms are large and newly remodeled. A nice extra was the liquid soap dispensers by all sinks and in the showers & bathtub. The shower and tub also had shampoo in the dispenser, which is a nice touch. The small sunroom was one of our favorite places for a morning cup of tea or evening beverage, because it overlooks the park and False Creek. The kitchen had a nice selection of utensils and nice appliances. We found cooking in the condo pleasant. If I had one very, small criticism is would be that the kitchen is a closed-off galley, when I prefer an open kitchen. But this is really a very small preference that did not distract from the wonderful experience we had in this condo.

I would highly recommend this condo when visiting Vancouver.

STAYED HERE FOR OUR DAUGHTER'S WEDDING WITH OUR BROTHER AND SISTER IN LAW FROM ARGENTINA.

We were pleasantly surprised to discover the place even more beautiful than we had expected. The kitchen is equipped perfectly, the view stupendous and the layout spacious and comfortable. Art was quick to respond to any enquiries and Jen available for any questions during our stay. We look forward to staying here again should we need two bedrooms in the future.
