Everything is in walking distance. The Suite overlooks FALSE CREEK & DAVID LAM PARK. No one can build in front of us to block the view.
Everything is close by, Canada Line (1 block) Hamilton and Mainland Street's for restaurants, nightlife. Granville Island just across False Creek were you can rent Kayak's, charter boats, go Whale Watching etc. Grouse, Seymour and Cypress Mountain's are 20 minutes away. Whistler is 1 1/2 hr drive.
I've stayed in Vancouver numerous times over the last 15 years and this property is BY FAR the best value!!! It has a great location overlooking the park and the harbor...the view is BREATHTAKING!!! You can walk to Robson, bike ride to Stanley Park, take a bus to Denman, the Aqua ferry to Granville Island or the train to the airport.
Free parking, free wifi, pool, gym...it has it all!
The owner (Art) goes out of his way to accomodate guests. I will definitely stay there again!!!!
My family of 5 stayed here for 10 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is ideal. The Yaletown Roundhouse station is just around the corner and the city center is one stop away.. Going to Granville Island was a breeze as the aquabus has a stop at the David Lam Park, just across the street. There's an Urban Fare grocery store nearby and plenty of nice restaurants in the neighborhood. We felt safe walking around at night.
The unit is very clean, with amenities such as soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, soap & dishwashing liquid in the kitchen. The bedrooms are ideal for 4 persons but all 5 of us still slept soundly in the comfortable beds.
Art is very professional and easy to talk to. And last but not the least, the view is really fabulous!

We stayed in this Yaletown property for 10 nights and we can't rave enough about it! The location is perfect, with the Yaletown Roundhouse skytrain station just a block away. The city center is just 1 station away. The aqua bus to Granville Island stops at the David Lam Park, which is just across the building. There are grocery stores nearby and many good restaurants around. The apartment itself is delightful with a gorgeous view, very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors we met were nice and friendly. The 2 bedrooms are ideal for 4 persons. An air bed was provided for the 5th person in our group. We enjoyed coming home to this apartment at the end of each day. We would stay here again next time we go back to Vancouver.
We were in Vancouver for a week during Christmas and had a wonderful time. We called Art from the airport when we landed and he was waiting for us outside when we drove up. Very friendly owner, excellent instructions and helpful about local restaurants and attractions. This apartment was extremely comfortable for myself, my husband, my mother and two children. Wonderful location, gorgeous views, beautiful Urban Fare market within blocks, great walking area and terrific restaurants. Every amenity looked after in the apartment, very clean and comfortable. We'll be back!
Another excellent 4 days in Vancouver staying at what I am sure is one of the best locations in town - beautiful view overlooking the harbour and Granville Island, about a 150 metres from Yaletown Sky Train access, and literally a minute's walk to multiple restaurants, shopping, grocery and wine store...what more do you need! Super owners, very accommodating and helpful before and throughout the stay. All you'd need already at the condo, clean and well maintained - absolutely no concerns...and definitely hope for the opportunity to rent a 3rd time these owners.
We had a great time in Vancouver staying here for 4 nights. Art and Isabella were easy to deal with, quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. When we looked a bit confused as to how to deal with accessing the parking, Isabella was quick to jump in the car with us and show us what to do. Likewise when we asked if we could stay an extra couple of hours before we left for the airport, they didn't make an issue of it at all.
As others have said, the position is good with easy access to transport and restaurants and a fantastic view. We would be happy to rent this again were we to be in Vancouver and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
