Everything is in walking distance. The Suite overlooks FALSE CREEK & DAVID LAM PARK. No one can build in front of us to block the view.
Everything is close by, Canada Line (1 block) Hamilton and Mainland Street's for restaurants, nightlife. Granville Island just across False Creek were you can rent Kayak's, charter boats, go Whale Watching etc. Grouse, Seymour and Cypress Mountain's are 20 minutes away. Whistler is 1 1/2 hr drive.
I've stayed in Vancouver numerous times over the last 15 years and this property is BY FAR the best value!!! It has a great location overlooking the park and the harbor...the view is BREATHTAKING!!! You can walk to Robson, bike ride to Stanley Park, take a bus to Denman, the Aqua ferry to Granville Island or the train to the airport.
Free parking, free wifi, pool, gym...it has it all!
The owner (Art) goes out of his way to accomodate guests. I will definitely stay there again!!!!
This condo is the perfect location in Yaletown with easy access to all that is great in Vancouver! The outstanding view, day and night, made this condo a delight to stay at. Furnished with everything we could need - we wouldn't hesitate to return - thank you Art for everything, it was a treat to have everything in the apartment!
We were a group of 3 girls from Australia doing a placement at Vancouver Hospitals and rented this apartment for 1 month. The area was safe including the building doors and lift access. We felt safe walking in the alone at night. Train station is only 3 minute walk away - one stop to the city center. Walking distance to cheap eateries and supermarket. The owners were kind and attended to our requests promptly. Once our kitchen lights needed replacement and it was dealt with overnight. The unit was comfortable (exactly like the pictures) and well stocked. Breath-taking views as you walk in the door and every where in the living and bedrooms.
Only one down side that the lights are a little dim, good ambience but may not be suitable for extensive writing/reading.
It has been 2 months since our trip and we really miss living in this apartment. Will definitely go back in the future!

Great rental and location. Walked to Rogers arena and BC place, easy ferry to granville island, access to Yaletown. Very nice views. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Parking is free, a little tricky to figure out at first but just fine. Highly recommended.
Our family loved this clean, bright condo. The view alone is worth it, but the amenities were great as well: washer/dryer, full kitchen, air mattress, pool and hot tub. The location was great with the park and Aquabus stop across the street and the train station down the street. Kiiri sushi and DD Mau (Vietnamese subs) were excellent value for quick meals, literally 30 seconds away. Great area. The owners were organized and professional, and anticipated any needs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
