Born in Alberta, Worked overseas since 1972. My wife Isabella is from Aberdeen, Scotland. We moved back to Canada in 2004 and live in Yaletown just around the corner from this property on Drake Street.

Art Morrell purchased this apartment in 2005

Read about Vancouver being the most “LIVEABLE CITY” in the world. We came over on holidays and fell in love with the city.

Everything is in walking distance. The Suite overlooks FALSE CREEK & DAVID LAM PARK. No one can build in front of us to block the view.

Everything is close by, Canada Line (1 block) Hamilton and Mainland Street's for restaurants, nightlife. Granville Island just across False Creek were you can rent Kayak's, charter boats, go Whale Watching etc. Grouse, Seymour and Cypress Mountain's are 20 minutes away. Whistler is 1 1/2 hr drive.

PERFECT SPOT FOR FAMILIES VISITING VANCOUVER

Our family really enjoyed staying at this centrally located condominium. It is right across the street from David Lam Park where there is an Aquabus to take you up and down False Creek to visit the sights. But we decided to try the walking trail (separate bike path) along the shorelines of False Creek. We went east to the Cambie Street Bridge and circled around the south shore all the way to Granville Island to visit the indoor market, restaurants and shops. You better be in shape to try this walk. We didn’t complete the loop but instead took the Aquabus back from Granville Island back to David Lam Park.

We’ve visited Vancouver more than 20 times over the years, but we’ve only stayed in the Yaletown Area the last two times. The first time we stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn on Hornby Street, but it cost a lot more for our family of 5. This large condo is definitely the way to go. The amenities in the unit and the building made staying there fun and relaxing. Nice indoor pool, spa and steam room, dedicated underground parking space, in unit washer and dryer, cable TV and Wi-Fi, close to many restaurants and a couple of Starbucks that were within two blocks.

We would stay here again and we would recommend it highly to anyone planning to visit Vancouver.

The condo was perfect for our needs while staying in Vancouver for a month.

The owners are very professional and the condo is well appointed, very well stocked and in immaculate condition. Our guests appreciated the underground parking and we enjoyed the pool, gym and lovely garden.

This was a beautiful find. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. Beautiful views, great shops and restaurants just minutes away. Granville Island is just across the water a quick 10 minutes away. We took taxi but found we could have walked. Would definitely tell friends about this apartment. We are already planning to stay again.

GREAT LOCATION, BEAUTIFULLY APPOINTED, GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH OWNERS.

We could not have been happier with our choice of accommodation in Yaletown. The property was presented beautifully with ample room for our family of 5.
The kitchen had amble facilities for making breakfast lunch or dinner and with Granville island and local supermarkets close, great food was made super easy.
We enjoyed sipping a coffee in the morning looking over David Lam Park while we planned our day with the thoughtfully left tourist books.
Easy access to public transportation and a abundance of restaurants, cafes, parks and walking/biking trails close by.
In the area of Yaletown we felt safe and at home.
Thank you Art for your friendliness, attention to detail and prompt communication made everything easy.
We would definitely recommend a stay here.
