Laurel Lodge is a two story, five bedroom home located near Snow Summit and a short drive to the Village and local shopping centers. With a great location, ease of access and all basic amenities provided, this home is a great way to enjoy Big Bear with family and friends.
Upon entering the home you will find yourself in the family room area. With a comfy, oversized sectional sofa, large flatscreen TV and a wood burning fireplace, you can sit and relax in style in front of a warm fire and watch your favorite shows.
Directly off the family room is where the kitchen and dining room are located. The kitchen offers all basic amenities including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. A standard coffee maker is provided. 2 tables offer dining for a total of 12 guests. Off the dining area you can gain outdoor access. Head out back and enjoy the wooded view. Grill on the propane barbecue or grab a seat on one of the adirondack chairs and star gaze.
Down the hall from the family room area is a full bath off the hallway and the home's master bedroom offering a queen bed, full bath and ample closet space. The second bedroom offers a twin bed and ample closet space. Head upstairs where you will find three additional bedrooms. The third offers a queen bed, the fourth bedroom offers a twin over full bunk and the fifth bedroom offers a queen bed.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
