This spacious rambling ranch was built for a sea-captain over 50 years ago. It truly captures the essence of a unique Cape Cod home. A warm and cheery sun room welcomes you at the entry way. The unique kitchen holds all the essentials for dining in the lovely dining room for eight or the outdoor patio/garden equipped with a gas grill. An entire wall of windows encircled by cherry finished walls and a fireplace make the master bedroom a renter's delight. Hardwood floors with carpeting lie throughout the 4+ bedrooms, living room, dining room and sun room in addition to three handy bathrooms. The house is walking distance to a quaint community theatre, Belmont Beach, a playground, a nine-hole golf course, and Dennisport Center. Perfect place to relax and unwind or go for a ride on the Cape Cod bicycle trail which is only minutes away.
