Lovely southend upside down house only 5 yrs old. Second floor contains great room with oceanviews from living room, bayviews from the dining room, open kitchen, full bath in hallway with oversized walk in shower with seamless glass doors, master bedroom, king size bed, flat screen tv and custom built walk-in closet and master bathroom with double sinks and oversized walk in shower with seamless glass doors, second bedroom contains twin beds. First floor has very large family room with a deck, master bedroom with queen size bed and master bathroom with oversized walk in shower with seamless glass doors, two additional bedrooms both with twin beds in each and hall bathroom with tub. Large laundry room with side entrance to yard, contains full size washer, dryer, laundry tub and additional full size refrigerator. Large shed in back for bikes, beach chairs, buckets and shovels. Property is just 1.5 blocks from the beach and 1.5 blocks from the bay

We have one prime time week left and we just lowered the price to $4950. PLUS outdoor shed for use of tenants for bicycles, beach chairs, shovels, buckets, toys for beach.
