Lovely southend upside down house only 2 yrs old. Second floor contains great room with oceanviews from living room, bayviews from the dining room, open kitchen, full bath in hallway with oversized walk in shower with seamless glass doors, master bedroom with oceanviews, king size bed, flat screen tv and custom built walk-in closet and private bath with double sinks and oversized walk in shower with seamless glass doors, second bedroom contains twin beds. First floor has very large family room with a deck, master bedroom with queen size bed and private bathroom with oversized walk in shower with seamless glass doors, two additional bedrooms both with twin beds in each and hall bathroom with tub. Large laundry room with side entrance to yard, contains full size washer, dryer, laundry tub and spare refrigerator. Plus large shed in back for bikes, beach chairs, buckets and shovels. Property is just 1.5 blocks from the beach and 1.5 blocks from the bay with views of both.
