Beyond my expectations

The house was immaculate! This was my first time doing this and the house exceeded my expectations. Everything that we needed to make our Thanksgiving a success was right at our finger tips. The owner was very accommodating for our late arrival. The house looks just like the pictures and it was very clean. The beautiful weather allowed us to take advantage of everything the house had to offer. The location is about 30-40 minutes from Atlanta, but it is very close to the mall and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again if the need ever arise.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Our weekend stay was very enjoyable. Everything was clean and definitely cozy in a very family-friendly environment My grandson loved running around the huge backyard. This place was also very convenient to everything! We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place, not too far out

The house was clean and had everything we needed. I don't think we took full advantage of the patio out back, the playground, or the grill. The location is a ways out from Atlanta, but it is very close to the restaurants and shoppnig of Pleasant Hill Rd. There was plenty of room and the four of us had an excellent time.
Comparing this rental to others in the area, free maintainance fee makes a big difference.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children

Home super close to Gwinnett Arena!

5 of us stayed comfortably at this home which is located super close to the conference we were attending at the Gwinnett Arena. It is an older home, but has been taken care of well. The kitchen had all the comforts and conveniences of home...coffee pot with filters, pans & spices, etc. The back yard looked great and roomy, but rainy weather prevented us from enjoying it. The home owner was courteous and returned all phone calls & email promptly.

The house was immaculate! It was in a central location. Everything was right at our fingertips. In a very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.
