My wife, my parents, and my son and his family stayed at the Cozy House while in northeast Atlanta for my nephew's wedding. We were looking for a place where we could relax, spend quality time together, and enjoy the weekend. We got all that and more. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, each couple had their own "space." The house was clean and well-maintained, and provided us with space to visit and socialize. The backyard with the swing set was a great place for our granddaughter to run around and play between wedding events. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and is conveniently located, with shopping and other amenities less than a mile away. When we left the wedding, we found ourselves saying we were "going home" rather than saying we were going back to our hotel. It really was just like home. I would recommend it to families who are looking for a place to spend a quiet, relaxing weekend with literally "all the comforts of home."

We enjoyed our stay at your cozy home. It was very clean inside the house and the kitchen was very well stocked! It was truly a home away from home. It's nicely decorated and tv's in all the rooms. It took about 35 minutes to get to downtown area where we visited the Zoo and Aquarium. There were 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room. We saved a lot of money by not staying at a hotel! The outside back yard could've been maintained better. Very quiet neighborhood. Owner was readily available to answer our questions.

Staying here was like being at home! My family felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. Wonderful neighborhood. The owners are friendly and helpful, easy to contact. Thank you for allowing us to spend time in your house. We had a great time!
