Relax surrounded by tropical luxury in a brand new, professionally decorated, beach condominium on the quieter east end of Panama City Beach. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Emerald Coast from your 17th floor private balcony – you can see for miles! Relax at the custom balcony table on comfortable lounge chairs and take in the crystal clear turquoise water and pristine powder-white sand. The sunsets are simply unforgettable.

The floor plan of our platinum-rated condo is designed with beach resort relaxation in mind, with ceramic tile throughout and exceptional furnishings. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, plus TV and DVD player. Additional sleeping accommodations include a bunk area and queen sleeper sofa. There’s plenty of room for your romantic weekend getaway or for the whole family. The unit features two full baths plus washer and dryer.

The large LIVING ROOM overlooks the beach and Gulf with a wall of windows, and has plenty of seating on the comfortable sofa and chair. There is a large TV with DVD player, so you can enjoy your favorite show or movie.

The fully-equipped KITCHEN includes many contemporary upgrades, providing everything necessary for a simple snack or complex gourmet meal. There’s plenty of seating, either at the breakfast bar or dining room table.

Seychelles features just about everything you could want on vacation. There are 2 pools right on the beach, including a heated pool. Enjoy the sun in one of the plentiful lounge chairs. Have some fun with the kids in the ARCADE or work off all that food in the state-of-the-art FITNESS CENTER. The building is secured with coded entry, and has gated, covered parking.

Beyond the pool decks is the wide beach with its famous sugary white sand and crystal clear Gulf of Mexico water. Beach chair service is available from the beach vendors. If you are the adventurous type, you can rent wave runners or go parasailing and soar over the Gulf.

Panama City Beach is undergoing an amazing transformation to an international family destination. While your favorites are still around, new restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues are opening every week. Pier Park is a brand new shopping and entertainment complex just a short ride away. Visit the Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum and see the weird and unusual collection of exhibits. Jog to St. Andrews State Park for amazing seashells. Walk to the world-famous Schooner’s for casual food, drinks, and dancing on the sand. Charter a fishing boat from the marina, just a mile away. Our stay was wonderful! Everything was very convenient and the condo was clean and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and prompt in responding to any questions. We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to our friends! We felt very lucky to have found this little piece of paradise for our last hurray this summer (Labor Day Weekend).

We have stayed at Seychelles 3 times, first time in this unit. This very clean condo has everything you could need. It has a great bed, shower and keyless entry which makes it very convenient. Love the covered parking with only a short walk over to the main building. We were in PCB for 2 weeks so we ate at many of the restaurants. Our favorites are Schooners, Spinnaker's, Pinapple Willys, Boatyard. Also don't miss Tootsie's if you enjoy country music. Seychelles is a secure building with 2 beautiful pools and lots of oceanfront. Never had to wait for an elevator. The owners were very pleasant to work with and deposit was returned within a week of our return. We hope this unit will be available when we return for 2 weeks in the fall as it's the best unit we have stayed in at Seychelles.

The Perfect Getaway

This is the third time we have stayed in this condo on Panama
City Beach and we love it. We have been vacationing in Panama City Beach since the early 80's and this is the first time we have ever stayed in the same condo 3 times. The condo is nicely furnished and provides everything you could possibly need. It is always clean and well maintained. The owners are great to work with and are available for questions.

The sunsets are spectacular from the balcony and the view is incredible. We love the location on Thomas Drive...it is close to lots of great restaurants. The security at this resort is outstanding which is always a plus.

We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
