House, 4 Bedrooms + Loft, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

Private wooded setting for newly built lakefront home, 150 feet of frontage on clean, quiet Sunset Lake (a quiet lake great for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, sailing) with walk in beach area on the property for children, shade and sun to suit all. Has 600 sq. ft. putting green and two level deck with gas grill.

House has all amenities, including Grand Piano in a cathedral ceiling living room. Granite counters in kitchen with serving bar and stools. Master bedroom bath has steam. Downstairs den with plenty of room for board games and puzzles, TV or reading. Downstairs also has queen bedroom, laundry room, bathroom with shower.

Certainly a home to be enjoyed by all ages.

About The Owner

We owned a cottage at this location since 1990. We loved the land, lake and location so much we decided to build a year round home in 2005. We enjoy it with our children and grandchildren, have had many guests (family and friends) and know you will make wonderful memories there.

Why The Owner chose Alton Bay

Quiet, wooded mountain lake. A place close enough to Alton Bay to be convenient to shopping and restaurants but on Alton Mountain so it is far enough away to allow you to totally relax and enjoy nature.
