This house in located in the heart of the Bass River neighborhood. Approximately 100 yards to the historic Bass River Windmill. Walking distance to the local library, bakery, post office and mini golf complex. 80 yards to the private beach which is available exclusively for use by renters. In addition there are many quality golf courses public and private 5 to 20 minutes away by car. Small boats can easily be launched from the private beach into Bass River. There is limited auto access for boat launching via the path to the beach. A large private backyard is perfect for family barbecues.
