3 bdrm, 3 full bth, sleeps 8-14, 2400 sqft. Quality linens included

Gigantic beautifully decorated condo at the best boardwalk location. Front deck overlooking the boardwalk, great for people watching, hanging out & sunrises. Back deck is perfect for sunsets. Go right out your door & hit the beach or stroll the boardwalk. You are right ON the beach. Open both deck doors & let the ocean breeze blow through.

Sheets & bath towels included, and we make up the beds for you! Just bring your beach towel...and clothes of course. We provide most normal house items for your convenience also (cleansers, paper products, blow dryers, and much more). We have about everything you need to feel cozy and comfortable, and then some.

We are setup for larger groups and we pamper you all. We sleep up to 14, 12 maximum for adult groups, and our huge dining table seats 12 with 4 more at the breakfast bar. We have TVs in all rooms and the main room includes blu ray with surround sound. We have DVD players, game hookups, and free wifi. There is a phone for free local & long distance calls. There are board games & books for rainy days. The main room has a fireplace. There is parking for 2 cars in our lot across the street.

Patronize the pool bar & grill next door & use their outdoor swimming pool during summer mths. Enjoy all OC has to offer: sunning, boating, fishing, biking, swimming, golf, puttputt, arcades, go carts, Assateague.

Please contact us even if your party is larger to see if we can accomodate you. When you stay with us, you stay with friends.

Ocean City Maryland. Primarily a summer family beach destination. The condo is located right on the boardwalk at 2nd street in a low rise building. Easy access to the boardwalk, beach, bay & Assateague island. A new skateboard park is 2 blocks away, bayside. There are tons of family & kid activities in summer. Also great off season. It has a quiet sleepy feel in fall & spring. We love it then. In addition, the condo offers a unique alternative to a hotel if visiting or working the convention center which is at 42nd street. For even larger groups & family holidays, please check with us to see if we can accomodate you!

We come down to OC alot, so we put everything in there we like to have. Our house is yours while you stay with us. Let us know if there is anything you might like to see the next time you visit. We are a non-smoking unit and we appreciate adherence to this rule. Smoking is allowed on the balconies.
