Gigantic beautifully decorated condo at the best boardwalk location. Large front deck overlooking the boardwalk. Great for people watching, hanging out & sunrises. Go right out your door & hit the beach or stroll the boardwalk. Enjoy all OC has to offer: sunning, boating, fishing, swimming, golf, puttputt, arcades, go carts, Assateague. Open both deck doors & let the ocean breeze blow through. Perfect for group vacations. Similar unit right below also available. Dining table seats 12, kitchen counter another 4. Main room has fireplace, TV w/ Blu ray, surround sound, board games, books, 2 queen pullouts. Master has king bed, twin daybed, whirlpool tub, TV & back deck (sunsets). 2nd master has queen bed, TV, private bath. Kids room has full/full bunk w/twin trundle, TV, game chair. Other: game hookups, DVDs, wifi, blow dryers, reserved parking for 2 cars one block away. Patronize the pool bar & grill next door & use their outdoor swimming pool during summer mths.

Location: Maryland < USA

Ocean City Maryland. Primarily a summer family beach destination. The condo is located right on the boardwalk at 2nd street in a low rise building. Easy access to the boardwalk, beach, bay & Assateague island. A new skateboard park is 2 blocks away, bayside. There are tons of family & kid activities in summer. Also great off season. It has a quiet sleepy feel in fall & spring. We love it then. In addition, the condo offers a unique alternative to a hotel if visiting or working the convention center which is at 42nd street. For even larger groups & family holidays, we own another unit right below with the same layout. Book both for even more space!

Notes: Pillows & blankets provided. Towels & sheets are bring your own or you can add the linen package, as is customary in OC MD. This might seem odd to out-of-state visitors, so I wanted to mention it. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils & dishes. Fridge has water & ice dispensor. All baths have blow dryers. Separate laundry room in the unit. We come down to OC alot, so we put everything in there we like to have. Our house is yours while you stay with us.
