Secluded three plus bedroom house sits on perfect ¼ acre Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club location surrounded by pines trees and next to another ¼ acre vacant lot used for beach access. Walking distance to shops and restaurants but who needs to leave paradise?!! House has been completely renovated this spring! Great room and deck overlook the waves crashing on the beach. Beach with lifeguards within 1 block. Downstairs bedroom is perfect for teenagers. Outside play area for younger children. Flat screen television, dvd and wireless Internet. Sleeps 10.

Long Beach Island is the premier family vacation location along the famous Jersey shore. LBI is an 18 mile long, barrier reef island located 6 miles at sea. The island is 3-5 blocks wide from ocean to bay and a brief walk takes you from the ocean for sunrises to the bay for sunsets. Beach Haven is the center of child activities and entertainment. There are lots of things to do for every one in the family – including shopping, the amusement park, waterslide, miniature golf courses, tennis, biking, movie theatres, museums, the Show Place Theatre, access to boats for fishing in the bay or ocean, and of course some of the best beaches with the best beach sand in the world. Lifeguards are on duty in season until 5PM every day. Off the island some options include -- Atlantic City (45 miles), 18-hole golf courses (15 miles) and canoeing in the Pine Barrens (20).

Location, location, location!!!!

Just returned from a week at this house and it was absolutely perfect. Owners have thought of everything and it's all there. The beach path is right outside the door so we didn't have to worry about trips back to the house. Lifeguards were right in front too. The house is great! Mornings on the deck watching the sun rise, all day at the beach then cocktails and BBQing watching the sunset-it just doesn't get any better than this. We'll be back!
