This magic Villa is a Professionally Designed and Decorated Luxury Vacation Home. Built in 2006 and situated in the prestigious Gated Resort Solana which boasts state of art luxury resort facilities offering

4000 sq ft Clubhouse, Resort sized swimming pool, Spa , Sand volleyball court , Golf Putting green, computer room, and Playground etc. It is perfectly located only 10-15 min drive from the Disney Parks. Restaurants & shops are only 5 minutes drive and there is a supermarket less than 2 miles away.

Our privately owned 7 beds/4 and 1/2 baths villa was newly re-furnished in 2009 & has 3 en-suite facilities (2 king suites and 1 queen), which is great for 2 to 3 families. The villa has spacious 3250 sq ft of living area in addition to an extended pool patio with over-sized heated pool. The game room is the Ultimate! Pool Table, Foosball Table, Nintendo Wii, Play station 2 & game cube. Not only that we provide a computer with LCD monitor. Free WiFi.

Our luxury two stories 7 bedrooms villa is in a quiet community but is amazingly only situated 10 minutes drive away from Walt Disney World. Sea World and Universal Islands of Adventure and all the shopping delights of International Drive all are about 20 short minutes Away. Only minutes from the bustle of Highway 192 and I-4. Just 2 miles away, there is a Walmart Super centre for all your shopping bargains. With easy access to Interstate 4 both coasts and Tampa are within 50-90 minutes drive so making easy day trips to Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach or Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast. All your dining needs are catered for with many restaurants within a few minutes drive.

Home Amenities: : Dining Room Seating: There are 2 seating areas for dining. There is a formal Dining Room which seats 8 people.

Game Room : There are a 42 inches 1080P LCD HDTV, Play station 2 with games, 8 foot Pool Table, and 8 foot Air Hockey.

Living room: There are a 47 inches 1080P LCD HDTV equipped with DVD player and Nintendo Wii.

Master bedroom in First floor: There is a 26 inches 1080P LCD HDTV equipped with VCR & DVD combo (many Disney DVD and VCR tapes).

CHILDREN FRIENDLY - One bedroom is designed with Mickey Mouse theme and another bedroom is the Princess Room. EXCELLENT STAY!!!!!

This was an excellent house! I was a little spectical about renting a house but I am so glad I chose this property, everything was just wonderful, the people, house and grounds! I highly reccomend and will be reccomending All Star Vacation homes! Thank You so much for making our vacation stay wonderful! God Bless!

Perfect place for our group

The villa was the perfect size for our group, and was in nice condition. We especially liked to location in a quiet community away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The owner was prompt, friendly and easy to do business with. I would recommend this property.

LOVED IT!!! Fantastic home! Super owners!

I have recommended this villa to many friends and family, and plan to return on a future visit. Monica is awesome, the house is amazing, and our three little kids were entertained, comfortable and happy from the moment we walked in the door. They were ready to move in for good. Communications with the owner are wonderful, the ammenities in the house are fantastic, and it could not have been a more positive experience. Five Star Owner!! Highly recommend!!!

Very nice home

My family enjoyed our stay here very much. The clubhouse and pool was terrific. It is close to all the theme parks and within easy driving distance from the airport. The house was decorated extremely well. Very good customer service. When we arrived the cleaning people were leaving, overall it was a very clean place (just a few spots where we had to do some cleaning. There were 12 of us and plenty of sleeping space. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to have a family reunion near Disney, Sea World, Universal, etc. The swimming pool at the house was ideal for the teeny boppers in our family. Great place!!!!

Excellent Place

This was the first time that we rent a house in Orlando, or anywhere. My family and I had doubts, but this was the best decision for our vacations. The place is nice, clean, excellent, new, big, comfortable, and the price, the best in the market. We were 16, and all slept in a bed. It is near of the parks, the zone is quite, and on the clubhouse they helped us to buy the tickets for the park in good price. I strongly recommend this house.
