Sunny open layout with sliders to 3 season porch. Newly renovated w/ hardwood floors, private outdoor shower, fenced & private 1 acre backyard w/ 2 hammocks, perennial & herb gardens. Lots of yard space with a patio and deck areas, plus a Weber Gas grill, and outdoor dining area. Very quiet, residential neighborhood. Meticulously clean and inviting, granite center island, cathedral ceiling, ceiling fans & whole house fan. Washer/dryer, heat, FP, 3 TVs, wi-fi, DVD player, CD player. Short hop to rail trail, and Paine's Beach (best sunsets on Cape Cod). Only 1/2 mile to Sheeps Pond and boat launch or to Long Pond. Plenty of parking for cars/boat. Unfinished basement with ping-pong table. Located near antique shops, artist studios, Brewster General Store, 5 mins to bayside beaches, and 15 mins to Nauset Beach. Try to catch a Brewster Whitecaps Baseball game! All that, plus 3 golf courses within 5 miles. **Minimum age to rent is 25. No smokers or pets please**

Only two miles to bayside beaches, voted the best on the Cape. During low tide walk for miles in the tidal pools. Only 1/2 mile to ponds, boat launch, and freshwater fishing. Nearby you will find everything you need, such as a library, groceries, farm stand, fresh lobster market, antique shops, artist galleries, ice cream, Brewster General Store. There are 3 golf courses within 5 minutes, as well as Brewster Whitecaps baseball games.
