Enjoy your stay at this cozy mountain townhouse, with some of the best views in Park City. Wake up to the peaceful sight of hot air balloons just off your balcony. View skiers heading down the slopes at Park City and Deer Valley. You will be close to 9 world-renowned ski resorts. The Canyons Ski Resort (3 minutes), Park City Resort (7 minutes) and Deer valley (10 minutes). With easy access to the highway, resorts like Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Sundance and Snowbasin are easily accessed. You are only 25 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Shopping and restaurants are just 1 mile away.

I offer many items that will make your vacation as pleasant as possible. You will greatly appreciate having the boot and glove dryers. The dryers will prevent starting the next day with cold/wet hands and feet, and you won't have to remove your boot liners every night. There is a waxing and tuning station in the garage. Secure wireless internet access. Enjoy watching a variety of DVDs and Ski Movies on the LCDTV with HDTV.

After a long day of skiing, relax at the Clubhouse which has excellent amenities including an outdoor hot-tub, summer swimming pool, large screen HDTV, lounge area with computer and exercise room.

Beautiful Condo

This beautiful condo has everything you need and can think of. My family of 5 have now stayed at this condo twice (also in July 2010). Craig and his wife ensure that you have everything you need to lessen your packing travels (I packed half of what I did the first time). This condo has a full stocked kitchen of dishes, pots and pans to simple spices. The bathrooms have soft towels with soaps and shampoos. The condo is beautifully decorated (just like the pictures show) and makes you feel like your home for the week we spent there. My girls never want to leave when the time comes. A big thank you to Craig and his wife!

Our family of five stayed in this townhome and absolutely loved it! It was convenient to restaurants, shops and skiing. Very spacious with comfortable beds and furniture. We will definitely stay here again if it is available when needed. Many thanks to Craig who is a great communicator!

The condo was clean and centrally located. Minutes to Canyons, Park City and Dear Valley ski resorts. Having a private garage was very helpful with all the snow that kept coming! The view from the kitchen was great! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with spices etc. The 2nd floor bedroom is open ( meaning no door at the top of the stairs)so my daughter woke up when we did, but the loft is very private and quiet. That child had to be woken up! All in all, a great condo with a fabulous location. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. We had a great time.
