Just completed Pass-a-Grille home. Award winning tour of homes 4 story house with incredible views of the gulf, including Shell Island and Egmont Key, Don Ce Sar, and the bay. Tucked away in historic Pass-a-Grille. Never rented before. Over 4,500 square feet including the balconies. 80 feet to the gulf, 800 feet to the Don Ce Sar. 11 shower heads in the master bath,California king tempurpedic mattress, large jacuzzi, central vacuum, large sliding glass doors open up to a large balcony on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Winding staircase takes you to A fourth floor loft. 2 car garage with more parking on driveway. Fireplace and much more!
