Enjoy a rare vacation getaway in one of our family's rustic lakeside cottages in the woods. Nicknamed the Manor House, it was built in the late 1930s, when people went to their 'camps'' to find peace and quiet in natural surroundings. Nestled in the heart of our 36 acres, it is full of period charm, with a fieldstone fireplace and a front porch for relaxing and taking in the spectacular Belknap Mountains across Lake Winnipesaukee. A little beach makes wading or launching canoes/kayaks easy. You can fish off the jetty. One dock slip for a small motor/sail boat is available for an additional fee. A fire ring invites cookouts. Private tennis court recently refinished. This is the perfect spot for an outdoorsy couple who are looking for a romantic interlude or a family wanting to spend old-fashioned summer time with the kids.
