Brand New 2300 SqFt. home was completed in May of 2007. This 4 bedroom, 4 Bath home easily sleeps 10. The great room is impressive featuring vaulted ceilings and lots of glass. It's so close to the water you could sit in the living room and watch your fishing bobber. Everything you could want in a Lake Hartwell vacation rental home is here: a short nearly level path leading to your private covered dock; a massive great room with a splendid view, large stone fireplace, and built-in flat screen TV with Cable, DVD, and a VCR; and a game area in the garage with Ping-Pong and Foosball. It even has wireless high speed internet. Located near the Reed Creek area of Lake Hartwell this home is convenient to the town of Hartwell, Hartwell Marina, and Hart State Park. Very convenient location for special events in Hartwell. You must see it to believe it!

Very Spacious Home!

Our family spent 3 nights in October in this beautiful home while attending the wedding of our oldest son. On one night we had a total of 9 people sleeping in the house. The house is spotless and not cluttered. It is way more spacious than it looks in the pictures with a huge open kitchen/living area and two bedrooms with full bathrooms downstairs and another two bedrooms with full bathrooms upstairs. Everyone had their own spaces w/baths (wonderful for getting dressed for a wedding!) The house is conveniently located very close to downtown Hartwell. We were too busy with wedding events to get to enjoy the lake, but I was able to sit out on the dock the last evening after the wedding and enjoy the tranquility of the cove. Lovely, lovely place and we highly recommend it. Yes, I would love to live there. The owner, Brian, is great to deal with. Thanks Brian!

My wife and I spent a weekend at this BEAUTIFUL property last spring with 6 of our close friends and LOVED IT. The home was HUGE and SPOTLESS. The updated kitchen was great for cooking and the new deck was great for eating outside. Best yet, the DOCK is just feet from the house, which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this property to friends.
