It doesn’t get more tropical than this!! There’s a palm tree in the middle of the house! Tropical bamboo interior throughout continually reminds you are in paradise! (Not to mention the BIG margarita on the wall) Plenty of sleeping room for all your family and friends that insist on coming too. Great open living area for entertainment with glass sliding doors opening out to the party outside complete with tiki torches. You can be swinging in the hammock between the palm trees day or night, by the bbq pit and hot tub on the open water of Pine Channel. Forget 5 o’clock, why not start at 4? Great private residence with its own canal for your boat dockage, boat ramp and concrete stairs to step down into the canal for swimming or floating with drinks in hand. Swimming, boating, fishing, diving and endless water activities are all at your doorstep and FL Keys wildlife birds, iguanas, and Key Deer in your yard. Relax!! The only thing you have to loose is stress!

    Monroe County, Florida 28 Day Rule.
    The Monroe County Board of Commissioners has voted to disallow short-term rentals in most residential neighborhoods. This means we are no longer allowed to rent these homes on a weekly basis and can only rent for periods of 28 days or more to no more than one party.
    Peak Season Dates
    Peak Season: Runs from mid-December through March 31st and July & August for Lobster Season.
    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation inside 60 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full payment. Cancellation outside of 60 days is subject to 25% forfeiture. If owner or agents are able to rebook the premises, tenant will receive a refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Please notify us as soon as possible of cancellation and a WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
