There are Panoramic Ocean Views from every window in this lovely 1200 sq. foot flat that is only two blocks to the ocean. New dual pane Milguard windows and 3 skylights bring the ocean and sunlight into every room of the house. Wake up with ocean views from your pillow in king size beds in either of the two bedrooms (one king is a Sleep Number Air Bed). There are 2 bathrooms, one shower / tub combination, perfect for soaking in salts and fragrances, and the other is a shower only with secure stainless steel handrails. This home is on the second floor where the views are unobstructed and breathtaking. There is an elevator making your move in and out simple and painless. Wake up to a golden sunrise every morning. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware & all appliances. Dine In, Dine Out or Take Out…..it’s up to you!!! You can’t beat the location. Park your car in your garage and walk. Everything you could want or need is so close.
