SERENITY IS A MAGNIFICENT HOME 3 BLOCKS TO BEACH, ADJACENT PARK, PLAYGROUND.

My husband, 4 teens and I would rate this vacation home in Rehoboth Beach a twenty if we could. The home is well maintained, comfortable, clean, roomy and FULL of extra touches for the vacationing family or group. The large dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake was our favorite part of the home. Each morning before the kids woke, my husband and I enjoyed our coffee at the table overlooking the lake and watching the birds. This home is truly serene and relaxing. We put the canoe to constant use, as well as the spacious kitchen which is just off the windows room. (You are not in a closed-off kitchen; very open layout on the main floor) There was plenty of room for groceries for 6 of us for a week and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything one would need to prepare home cooked meals. Thel foot-bridge is just a short walk across the yard, as is the very nice children's playground. We brought 6 bikes with us. Although there was plenty of room in the basement to park our bikes using a back door, the neighborhood was private and safe enough that we enjoyed parking them right out in the grass out of view of the road out back which made coming and going by bike so easy. This home sits in a lovely, quiet part of Rehoboth Beach, close to shopping and the beach. Stockley is not as heavily traveled by car as some street in town, so walking/biking to the beach is safe and enjoyable. There is plenty of parking in the 2 car drive and on the street. The absolute best reason for planning a vacation in this home is because of the owner, Lyuba. I cannot say enough positives and praise of her as a homeowner and as a person. Lyuba has such remarkable customer service and attentiveness. We experienced excellent communications with her making the process of vacation home rental so easy and trouble-free. On a personal note she is a very warm, caring and compassionate person and our family was on the receiving end of her kindness this year when she learned of a family illness. We are so grateful to have run across this home and Lyuba! We will return!

The McConnells/Deppens

This house was perfect for our extended family get together. We had four little kids so the adjacent playground came in handy. We spent most of our time in the great room with the view of the lake and the large table for meals. Everything was in walking distance as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Serenity! We were surprised at how spacious and comfortable. The house is in a great location on a quiet street, next to a park, close to Rehoboth Avenue and backs up to a beautiful lake. Serenity even had a ping pong table!!!! The upstairs back room was a real delight on size and how the sliders/windows opened to allow a great breeze and beautiful view of the lake. We will definitely stay there again.
