Outdoor Spaces:
For your convenience, the home offers a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer – the laundry room leads to the 3-car garage, with one large space left available for parking your own vehicle. Just outside the garage is plenty of parking for additional vehicles.
Of course, the best part of Flagstaff is the great outdoors! Children, pets and families will love spending time in our large, acre-sized, wrap-around fenced yard (5' high fence). In the evenings, watch for elk who often stroll past the property near the forest as they come for a drink at our elk watering tank located just outside our back fence. Bring your ATVs, mountain bikes or dirt bikes and head straight out the back of our property into the National Forest, and drive a short mile to the Cinder Hills recreation area where miles and miles of dirt track await your exploration. Or, grab a backpack, plenty of water and hike for miles through the forest as the wind whistles through the trees.

Windy View Ranch also serves as the perfect “base camp” for exploring all the wonders of northern Arizona – from skiing at Snowbowl, to discovering mystical Sedona, to taking a ride to the Grand Canyon or Lake Powell, we’re located in the center of all the action. Or, simply drive 10 short miles into the heart of downtown Flagstaff where plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment choices await your arrival.
