Newly renovated house in Hampton’s North Beach. Great family-friendly neighborhood just steps away from the ocean. Best surfing spot in New Hampshire! The house offers 2+ bedrooms, a lovely fenced-in back yard with patio and grill, and off-street parking for at least 3 cars. Some of the recent renovations include all new fixtures in the bathroom and a brand new washer and dryer. The cottage is just a short bike ride to Hampton Beach and boardwalk, where you can enjoy the arcades, bars, restaurants, and live entertainment. Just a short drive north will take you to historic Portsmouth or great shopping in Kittery, ME.

Cottage was clean and adorable. Very light and airy. Beach is only 3 houses away! Great yard for BBQ!

This house was the perfect location for our family. It is just 1 mile north of the busy Hampton beach. We loved to watch the surfers all day on North Beach and it was a great beach for walking!

The house was VERY clean and is exactly as described. Chris and Kristie were very accomodating and were always available for any questions that we had.

Overall, this was one of the best vacations we've had and we will be renting this house again!!
