    There is a 12% S.C. rental fee tax. (2009 Rate)

    Please call if you are interested in staying for less than 3 nights. Two night stays may be available but require additional cleaning fee. (Exclusion SUMMER Season)

    Non-Smoking Unit. (Permitted on balcony only)
    No PETS Allowed (association does not allow, this policy is strictly enforced)
    Also, NOT PERMITTED are motorcycles, campers, boat trailers, and motor homes.
    Condo will not be rented to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

    Funds are payable in $US Dollars.

    Check Out Time: 10:00 A.M.
  • 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking, and balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Dates are reserved upon receipt of deposit and confirmed with payment of the balance. A $250 damage/key return deposit is to be paid with balance 30 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be returned within 21 days from when keys returned and unit has been inspected following departure. Payment may be made by cashier's check, money order or postal money order.

The master suite with its large ocean front window has a Queen Mahogany/Iron bed, wall remote ceiling fan/dimming light, Armoire with 32' Flat Screen TV, custom made window treatments and bedding, over-sized private master bath with faux finished walls of spackled texture with wax and glaze, Corian double sink vanity, complete with a corner jetted whirlpool bath, divided separate shower, and large walk-in closet. This bathroom includes towels, linens and a hairdryer. The second oceanfront bedroom has a two twin beds, chest, nightstand, an Armoire w/32'TV, ceiling fan, it also has custom made bedding and window treatments and sliding glass doors that lead on to the balcony and an access door to the second bath. This bathroom includes towels, linens and a hairdryer.

Kingston Plantation was planned as a Master Community with planning to every detail. From the moment guests and owners enter the Plantation, the impression is one of being immersed in a Resort Oasis. Walking paths, lakes, black swans, and so much more. Near the entrance sits the 50,000 square foot Sports and Health Club surrounded by nine lighted clay and hard tennis courts and outside pool and spa. Inside are three squash and racquetball courts, aerobics studio, cardiovascular room, and separate weight rooms. This is also the building housing the main indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub. In Kingston Plantation alone, there are more than 15 separate pools with some catering to individual communities.

This condo exceeded our expectations. The location is unmatched. The property is impeccably maintained. The unit is fabulous - generous size, designer interior, incredible view. We can't wait until our next visit.

Great Family Vacation, Condo is unbelievable!

WOW! This place is amazing. Our family had been coming to Myrtle Beach for years but never stayed at the Margate and to deal directly with a homeowner. From the moment I picked up the phone to book a condo and spoke with the owner, Sherri until the day we departed, this was a WONDERFUL experience. The condo was absolutely gorgeous, immaculate and WOW is all I can say. We had such a great experience, we are telling all our friends about this and we will be back! This condo would be perfect for winter for several months and you would feel like you are living like Royalty.
When we retire,this condo is my choice.
We will be back for years to come.

Thank you Sherri for all your hospitality and sharing your beautiful home with us.
