This is a second floor townhome located in a small quiet condominium complex. Direct private access to the beach. Watch the shuttle or rocket launches from the balcony. This is a perfect get away place for long or short term rentals. Only 1 hour from Orlando attractions, Brevard Zoo is 15 minutes away, 15 minutes south of Cocoa Beach. Local shopping center has movie theater, Subway, McDonald's and Walgreens. This property is in a great area with Elementary, Middle and a High School close by. It is located just south of Patrick Air Force Base.
