Cancellations and Refunds: There is a cancellation fee for all canceled bookings. A refund will be given if we are able to re-rent the property. No pets allowed.

Deposits: A security deposit is due at the time of making a booking. The full balance of the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is not included in the rental amount. If the reservation occurs within 60 days of arrival, then the security deposit and the full balance of the reservation are due at the time of making a booking.
