Captiva Beach Villa Donax - Bay to Beach Luxury

Donax was extremely spacious and comfortable for 7 people, we had plenty of room to spread out. The fact that the property was literally across from the beach was wonderful and we could go back and forth easily if we needed something. The pictures and description were very accurate as to what the townhome was really like. I would definitely consider staying at this property again and recommend it to anyone who wanted to be close to the beach. Tonette was extremely helpful and answered my multiple questions over the months leading up to our trip. We easily walked into the village from this property, we walked on the road to the village one day and took the beach back. The shelling is fabulous and we got lost for hours doing so. My only concern would not be for the owners but the cleaning crew that comes through. The kitchen and utensils were worn and dirty as these had not been thoroughly cleaned after recent use. We called Royal Shell to come in and go over the bathroom floor and showers needed some work. The Royal Shell employee told us that the property was due for a more thorough cleaning. When we called them they acted promptly to try to resolve the issues. Overall the experience was wonderful and I would recomend this property to anyone wanting a slightly more upscale roomy experience.
