Live in the heart of Chelsea and enjoy a NY family’s five story brownstone home. Your oasis comes complete with five floors, three bedrooms two and one and half baths, handsome study / 4th Bedroom, dining room, pool room, living room, playroom and the “all too used” family / dining room off of the garden. Enjoy breakfast in the garden and cocktails on the roof deck at the end of the day. Watch a movie in the sun room or enjoy a game of pool in the pool room. All rooms won’t need the working fireplaces, but turn the central AC to a comfortable temperature. Generous size bedrooms offer privacy and a home for your stay. The turn of the century parlor offers a dining experience, a game of pool and living room to retire in and read a favorite book.
