This 1400 square foot new condominium sits in a quiet cove on beautiful Table Rock Lake in Southern Missouri away from the traffic, in a residential neighborhood. Their are paved roads leading to the Condo and their is paved parking. This unit is fully furnished and is only 90' from the waters edge. This is a lower unit which enables you to walk from the deck to the lake and boat dock. The master bedroom has a king bed, separate shower and jetted tub, walk-in closet. The remaining two bedrooms have a queen bed and 2 twin beds respectively. Their are two queen size pullout sofas in the family room. All 3 bedrooms have cable TV as well as the family room. The kitchen has granite counter tops, is fully furnished for all of your cooking needs and a gas grill is located on the deck along with patio furniture.

Concrete boat launch nearby and at State Park Marina which is across the cove from the Condominium.

You are also only 15 minutes away from several Champinship golf courses including Branson Creek golf club and Holiday Hills golf club.
