Located on a narrow stretch of Captiva Island with gulf to bay access, you have only to cross the two lane road (30 ft.) to reach the beach. The sunset views will take your breath away in this professionally remodeled Gulf front complex. Luxury awaits you with 2320 sq. ft. of living space. Ammenities include five flat screen televisions, five DVD players, Wi-Fi, iPod docking stations, and a washer/dryer. Three of the four bedrooms feature a screened veranda with gorgeous views, and each reflects a soothing beach décor. The Main level is complete with a bedroom with a King Bed, a second bedroom with a Queen Bed, both sharing a screened veranda. A Sleeper Sofa is located in the Den. The two bedrooms upstairs offer a King Bed with a beautiful gulf view and a second bedroom with a Full Bed and an extra long Twin bed, and a screened tile porch. We rent from Saturday to Saturday, and the maximum occupancy is 10 people. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Location: Our beach villa is located on a very popular strip of Captiva, and is a unique waterfront property in a very small complex where close to your front door is the beach and close to your back door is the bay. The back yard offers privacy with a yard full of lush trees, flowers, and bushes that surround the pool area. You are within walking distance to most dining and shopping opportunities on the island, from the villa. Captiva Beach Villas is a four unit complex featuring a heated swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grill area, and boat dock.

Captiva Island is located off of Fort Myers Florida, connected by a newly built causway which connects Sanibel and Captiva to Florida. You are about a forty minute drive from the airport, and it is an easy path to navigate. Sanibel offers the JN 'Ding' Darling Wildlife Refuge along with an Animal Hospital which the children will love. There is a Shell Musuem and a host of water acitivities with local rental on items needed, located on Captiva. Captiva is known for it's famous shelling opportunities. The villa has beach equipment including chairs, a cooler on wheels, and an umbrella. The beach is only about 30 feet from the front drive!

This was our second stay at Villa Conch. There are so many reasons we love it. It is lovely, spacious, wonderfully appointed and ideally located between gulf and bay and walking distance to "downtown Captiva". We loved the new beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas this year! We also especially like the screened porches, the ocean view, the beautiful landscaping and almost private pool. It was large enough for all of us, ages 10 months to 66years, and everyone was comfortable. We appreciated the conveniences of a full sized washer and dryer in the unit and the outdoor grill. We did think the spa was too hot however, especially since we had small children with us. There are many places to stay on Sanibel and Captiva, but we have all fallen in love with Villa Conch and look forward to returning.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Just returned home from a fantastic stay at the Captiva Villa Conch! Absolutely as advertised. From the minute we stepped in the door, we were thrilled! Beautifully decorated with greens and blues... very tropical! The gulf view is as far as you can see from left to right... and the pool and hot tub are like new, with lush vegetation surrounding the area. Can't say enough wonderful things about the Conch, and I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation on the beautiful island of Captiva! Will stay here again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
