The sunset views will take your breath away in this professionally remodeled Gulf front complex. Located on a narrow stretch of Captiva Island with gulf to bay access, luxury awaits you with 2320 sq. ft. of living space. Upgrades include five flat screen televisions, five DVD players, high-speed wireless internet, iPod docking stations, and a washer/dryer. Three of the four bedrooms feature a screened veranda with gorgeous views, and each reflects a soothing beach décor. The Main level is complete with a bedroom with a King Bed, a second bedroom with a Queen Bed, both share a screened veranda and is completed with a Sleeper Sofa in the Den. The two bedrooms upstairs offer a King Bed with a gulf view and a second bedroom with a Full Bed and an extra long Twin bed, and a screened tile porch. Captiva Beach Villas is a four unit complex featuring a heated swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grill area, and boat dock.
