Wonderful year round home with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Private Dock accommodates boat up to 22 feet. Floating dock is great for launching your kayak or canoe. Fully stocked kitchen has oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Completely stocked with all dishes, pots and pans and small appliances. All linens are included. Master bedroom has glass sliding doors that open to an upper deck . The kitchen has glass sliders that lead to a raised deck that is great for entertaining or just relaxing and dining outside. The home is situated on a creek that leads to Goose Neck Bay and then to the Peconic Bay. The area has more than 50 vineyards and is home to wonderful restaurants and shopping. The Fall is a wonderful time on the North Fork and the farm stands are bursting with fresh locally grown vegetables. Pumpkin picking and Vineyard Fall festivals abound. Great as getaway week or long weekend. Bring or rent a bike or kayak locally. A birdwatchers paradise! WIFI Internet included

Best vacation ever

We had a family vacation in early September. The girls fished from the dock and caught snappers every day. They were thrilled. The accomodations were perfect, the swimming at Cedar Beach was nearby and shopping was just a few minutes away by car. Our grandaugher, age 10, said "I was sad to leave on the last day". We hope to return next year. Absolutely the best of everything is in the house and on the grounds.

This home is perfect; great location, perfect site, excellent condition & extremely clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything and the home is very comfortable. Beautiful view from deck of creek and dock, perfect for relaxing in the very peacful setting. The stars at night are incredible. The owners are responsive & reliable. We hope to return in the future. Great Nrothfork location, close to beaches, wineries, shopping, antiques, & restaurants.

Great Southold vacation home

My friends and i rented this house for a week in August. It was very clean and comfortable and the owner was very helpful answering our many questions before we arrived. The kitchen is large and bright and well stocked. the back deck and the floating dock made the house exceed our expectations. We rented kayaks which we kept at the private beach just down the street. We also rented bikes to visit the vineyards. the area is wonderful and the house suited us very well. I would definitely rent this house again.

Nice Home

We stayed for a week in June and found the house very comfortable and clean. The location was great in a neighbohood where all the homes had large lots, so private as well as functional. The private dock was a big plus on a beautiful deep water creek filled with waterfowl, turtles and fish life. From the large deck in back we spent hours watching a wide variety of birds feeding, deer on the lawn and rabbits. There was a small neighborhood park and beach a very short walk away. Only negative was ancient TV and cable service. If you have a boat it has great dock psace with access to inland waters of East end.

I rented this place for memorial day weekend for a beach and wine tasting trip. The place was clean, comfortable and well stocked for cooking. The owner was available for all my questions. Can't beat the location as it is only 5 min from many vineyards and 10 minutes from the beach. The private beach you can walk to is more an extension of the creek and is def. not a place to go swimming or lay out, but a nice place for a picnic. I recommend this place.
