Open sunny floor plan includes, eat-in kitchen with top-of-the line commercial appliances, granite countertops, large dinning area, living room with fireplace leading out to the pool area. The lower level lends itself to entertaining with a large bar area, dishwasher, wine cooler, flat screen TV above stone fireplace, bedroom with full bath and private entrance. Swimming bay located across the street with floating dock, great for kids and adults. Minutes to Ocean, Sag Harbor & Main Street Southampton.

I rented this house for a girls getaway, birthday weekend. It was perfect. We cooked some great meals in the amazing kitchen, walked around Sag Harbor, relaxed at a winery and did a little golfing. Icing on the cake was that the weather was perfect! What a perfect weekend, couldn't have asked for a better birthday..
