This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a second floor unit overlooking the 18th green of the Maples Golf Course at Sea Trail Resort. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen size beds in each room. There are 2 couches in the living room with one being a pull out sofa. This home is warm and inviting, done in earth tone colors with hardwoods and wrought iron furniture. Sea Trail Resort has three championship golf courses. This home is located 1 mile from Sunset Beach, 5 minutes from Calabash and 15 minutes to North Myrtle Beach, SC.

  • Minimum stay of 2 nights and weekly rentals include departure cleaning fees.
    Rates above include: Bed, bath and kitchen linens and towels, Also included in every rental of four days or more is a welcome package: coffee and filters, dishwasher detergent, toilet tissue, paper towels, plastic bags, facial tissue and soap. Also included with every rental of four days or more is a GSGA (Grand Strand Golf Association) personalized membership card, this card allows up to four players to golf at surrounding golf courses at discounted prices, there are discounts at area restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
    We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover cards.
  • PAYMENT : If reservation is made less than 30 days to arrival, payment is made in full. When reservation is made a $500.00 reservation deposit is required, $200.00 security deposit and $300.00 will be credited towards your rental fee. The remaining balance must be made 30 days prior to your arrival.

The condo was just as advertised. Clean and neat. Nice view of the pond. Area was very quiet. Good parking spaces. Heather the owner was very nice, got the place all ready for us and sent out the deposit check right away. I would recommend it.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Beautiful, Quiet, Peaceful

This is an excellent bargain - the unit (actually 2 adjoining units 2nd bedroom has kitchenette) is decorated in new and tasteful furniture, spotlessly clean, and even supplies linens, towels and paper products and coffee. Although the resort is geared towards golfing, there are beautiful areas for walking and biking. There is even a small private chapel. The resort has lots of trees and is beautifully landscaped.

You do need to be aware that Sea Trail Resort is not ocean front, but the beach is about 1 mile away. There is an on site restaurant and also several other restaurants close by. The commercialism of North Myrtle beach is about 20 minutes away,

I've stayed at a lot of by -owner rentals and this one felt more like part of the resort . Property manager was on time and friendly and met me on site with key.Highly recommend this unit. This place also allows pets.
