With all of the downtown attractions around it, this beautiful townhouse on the main street is available for rent all year round, and has all the conveniences you desire for a perfect Cape Cod vacation. A computer with wireless connection has been installed. the town house has two master bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a private bathroom. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Air-conditioner unit in each room. Linens, towels, shampoos, conditioners are all supplied for a hassle free vacation.

You can walk to the beautiful Oyster Pond (5 minutes) for sun bathing or swimming by the day, and enjoy the baseball games of Chatham As in the nearby Veteran field (2 minutes) in the evening, or just relax on the deck with a nice drink watching the beautiful sunset.

My first experience with Cape Cod renting was great! Not only were the owners extremely helpful, but the property is in a very desirable location. And the price is incredible considering the size of the house and the proximity to the beach. I highly recommend renting this home in the future.

The second time we have stayed at the Town House - and another fantastic holiday. The location couldn't be better, the house was in excellent condition, and the owners were very helpful.
Watching shooting stars from the Widow's Walk will stay with me for a long time.
I'd recommend this property highly.

Ideally located, near all the attractions of Chatham, beautifully presented to a high standard, clean and excellently maintained. The owners are very helpfull and considerate and provided good customer service. Our first visit to the Cape, one week not long enough to do the area justice and now planning to return for a longer stay.

We had such a great time at the cape. Everything turned out beautifully. The location is wonderful, a short walk to downtown and the ballpark. Our nephew from Uconn was playing and we watched a couple of times. Weather was great, Impudent Oyster was grand, when we go back again; we certainly will use your accommodations.
