With all of the downtown attractions around it, this beautiful townhouse on the main street is available for rent all year round, and has all the conveniences you desire for a perfect Cape Cod vacation. A computer with wireless connection has been installed. the town house has two master bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a private bathroom. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Air-conditioner units are provided. Linens, towels, shampoos, conditioners and beach chairs are all supplied for a hassle free vacation. You can walk to the beautiful Oyster Pond (5 minutes) for sun bathing or swimming by the day, and enjoy the baseball games of Chatham As in the nearby Veteran field (2 minutes) in the evening, or just relax on the deck with a nice drink watching the beautiful sunset.

My first experience with Cape Cod renting was great! Not only were the owners extremely helpful, but the property is in a very desirable location. And the price is incredible considering the size of the house and the proximity to the beach. I highly recommend renting this home in the future.

Very simple, but extremely exilerating was the experience of the deck and especially the watchtower. Nice air-conditioners, awesome house and good scenery.

Beautiful house, great location. The best beach is Ridgevale Beach and the best pond is Sheeps Pond in Brewster.
