Awsome experience

My husband & I were looking for a celebration for our 2 boys big birthdays this year, 18 & 21, which would be memorable. We had a wonderful week in Chicago. The apartment is modern and very clean My elder son is a keen amateur photographer and was in his element. It’s a great location and within walking distance of tourist attractions, Mag Mile, Sears Tower, Navy Pier, Millenium Park and some lovely restaurants and deli’s. We ate out every day but great to have breakfast on the condo and we ordered food to be delivered also in the evening when we were exhausted and wanted to chill. Unfortunately our son was unwell from jetlag a couple of days and the apartment was like home from home for him with internet, large TV and all amenities. We wouldn’t get that space and convenience in a hotel. Peter was very helpful and accommodated us with a late departure. We would certainly come back and recommend to others.
Thank you Peter – This was a perfect experience and one we will all remember.

Owner's Response: I have debated putting a WII or PS3 in the condo for some time now, but I don't get enough requests for this. Luckily the DVD player is helpful because you can just go to the lobby and rent a DVD anytime you want. The Cable TV also has a lot of options. Glad you enjoyed your stay in Chicago at my condo.

First time renting a condo but not my last!

5 of us 40 + age women rented this condo for our annual girl's trip to Chicago. It was in a nice area and close to everything. We took a cab several times because of the rain but we also walked to the shops on Michigan and back home. I had never rented a condo before but would gladly stay here again. I was confused on how to get the deposit back, but got it worked out and it was returned in 3 weeks time. I plan to use Home Away again in TX and Colorado!

Our stay in D's apartment in RiverNorth was very pleasurable and certainly beat spending time in a hotel. The locaiton was great, the amenities very sufficient, and transportation from there was easily accessible and one did not have to drive unless one wanted to. We would certainly stay there again if we are in the Chicago area again.

Our 2nd home in Chicago

We stayed for 4 nights with two children aged 7 and
4, and found the apartment had everything we
needed. We particularly liked the full kitchen, the
Wifi access, and the proximity to the bus line. We
didn't have a car, so used the bus and cable cars to
explore the city. We would have preferred to be
able to walk to eat at night, but the buses were
frequent enough. We LOVED the city, and the
character of River North. The view was fantastic. The
extra bed was also handy as our kids sleep better
when not fighting over bedding. It was also really
handy to have use of the laundry in the condo.
Overall we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this
apartment.

We are a group of 5 friends from Madrid, Spain. We've been in holidays in Chicago, and stayed in this property for 4 nights in August 2009. We couldn't have chosen better.

This flat is located in one of the best areas of Chicago, close to main touristic areas of the city. The flat has everything you could think of to relax after walks through the streets of Chicago, and has wonderful views. Wifi Internet and cable TV working perfectly.

Modern Kitchen is ready to cook, bedroom have space and wardrobes available, a full bathroom also available and the house is kept bright and clean...

The agreement with the owners was easily done, using paypal, and deposit was fully refund quickly. Moreover they were really nice and ready to help with anything regarding our stay in Chicago

I fully recommend you to stay here!!!
