Designer Furnished Alpine Condo offering inviting warm colors, over sized chairs with Gas Stone Living Room Fireplace, 43' Flat Screen HDTV with DVD Player and spacious sitting area with a Fully Equipped Kitchen, windowed dining area and outdoor terrace access. Wide windows allow the sunshine in with Mountain, Slope, and Village Views. The Master Bedroom offers a king bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The Guest second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Sleeps up to 8 people. Cable TV with premium channels in each room as well as Complimentary High Speed Broadband Internet Access in the Living room if you travel with a laptop and need to keep in touch while you are away. Complimentary local and long distance USA phone calls! Bathrooms with full deep tubs and shower with wall mounted hair dryers and plenty of towels with complimentary toiletries provided as well as sets of extra linens and towels for extended stays.

Ski: World Class Skiing and Boarding Solitude Ski Resort has great terrain for every level of skier. The resort is known for uncrowded slopes and no lift lines. Located in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains, the resort receives an annual snowfall of 500 inches. The base elevation is 7,988 feet and peak elevation is 10,035 feet. Solitude has 1200+ skiable acres, including 64 designated trails, powder bowls, gladed tree runs, steep chutes, and gentle cruising runs with 2,047 feet of continuously skiable terrain. The longest descent is 3.5 miles down Honeycomb Trail. Nordic Center for Cross-Country Skiing and Snow Shoeing Easily accessible from the Solitude Village, the Nordic Center offers 20 kilometers of superbly prepared trails set for both classic and skating styles of Nordic skiing.

Gene, we had a wonderful week at Solitude. It's a lovely, well-run resort, and we found the mountain more varied and challenging than we expected. In fact, we had assumed we take sorties out virtually every day to the "big guns," such as Alta, but ended up spending more days than originally planned at Solitude just because we liked it so much.So, thank you for letting us stay in your unit. We enjoyed it immensely. We would recommend Solitude in a minute to our friends. (and Solitudedirect!). My only regret is that we couldn't have afforded it when our children were younger. The place was full of kids, playing hide and seek, having snow ball fights, etc. My boys are 16, 19, and 21, and are far too cool for such activities. I wish you a grand 2006!
