Gorgeous accomodations!

We really wanted to rent an affordable and spacious apartment near Miami Beach for a few weeks.The Fortuna House was perfect. All the rooms were beautiful and we got to pick our room when we got there. The place was really clean and the three staff members were very sweet and helpful. The location was excellent. We were five minutes from the beach, five minutes from downtown, and close to nice shops and restaurants. Parking was very convenient. I loved having the kitchen option too since there were some mornings we just wanted to have a light breakfast and head out. The property was really well-maintained and we felt very comfortable here. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was on a college tour with two teens and the price and location were perfect. The apartment was clean and the bed and futon were comfortable. The kitchenette had basic utensils and dishes along with fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Parking was easy and usually right in front of the building. It's a quick drive to the beach and the airport.

Fantastic Stay

I thought the fortuna apartments were an excellent place to stay for a girls trip while we were in Miami. It was a great location and close enough to Bayfront Park where we attended Ultra Music Festival (within walking distance). The room was large enough for us girls to stay in comfortably and we had everythning we needed!! The little cleaning lady was a real sweet heart as well and gave us anything we needed!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway

The Charming Fortuna House- Fabuloso!

I was visiting family that live in downtown Miami so the Fortuna House was a perfect spot for me. I wanted to rent a condo that was bigger than a hotel room and had a kitchen. My trip was for 2 weeks so I needed to get some groceries and ate in a lot. There was a beautiful new Publix supermarket a few blocks away. I especially enjoyed walking around the Midtown Shops and restaurants with my family that are a few blocks from the condo.My unit was fully stocked with everything I could possibly need. The staff lives on the property & were very helpful . I was able to do laundry & parking was simple & right in front of the building. There were lots of friendly European guests in the outdoor patio garden sitting area. Made for some interesting conversations, especially after a few drinks! Really looking forward to coming back in summer with my gal-pals!
