Partially covered deck with furniture, picnic table, furnished screened in porch. Large, extended deck with great view of ocean and inlet. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower with dressing area, fish cleaning station. Fishing/beach cart and beach chairs provided. This bright and airy duplex features a front and back entrance floor plan, assuring the utmost privacy. Located at The Point where the fishing is great! Easy beach access. Three-night minimum. Available for extended monthly stays in off-season. North side for annual rentals only. No smoking. No pets. 11206 Inlet Drive.
