Our Chatham Athletics play in the Cape Cod Baseball League. Excursion trips to Monomoy Island or ferry to Nantucket Island. Chatham offers a central location from which to begin touring Cape Cod. We are less than 1 mile from a Park and Ride lot at the bicycle trail that winds through Cape towns Harwich, Orleans, Eastham. Nearby Chatham airport hosts small planes that offer excursion rides.

The open living/dining area has a ceiling fan. We provide one box fan and two window fans for the three bedrooms. A dehumidifier is installed in the lower level. An automatic exhaust fan is installed in attic. Although days on Cape Cod can be hot and humid in late July, with our home’s location, we normally benefit from a constant offshore breeze that provides for good air circulation and cooling.
