This was the perfect beach vacation. We had a group of us, kids and adults, and all of us had the best time. The room was perfect and walking distance from the beach. The pool was wonderful and right next to the grill. The weather was amazing and we even got to see a dolphin show at the beach to top it off. We will be back very soon!!

I was very unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

When we booked our vacation with Royal Beach Rentals in January we were told that this was a beachfront was not!! This was very upsetting due to the fact that we had our 2 young grandchildren with us and a lot of "stuff" to carry to the beach. We were extremely disappointed!!!!

The stay was good. We had an immediate issue with the keys not unlocking the door... we called the rental place and they came over right away to assist. Then as we were unpacking (within 15 min.) The maintenance guy was there replacing the locks for us. Very quick and nice. Would recommend for an affordable stay on the cheap!
