You'll love this single story, very comfortable 4 bedrooms with TVs, & big screed TV in Family room, 3 full baths; nice courtyard where you can enjoy a drink in the evenings or your morning coffee. Home is located in 'Nevada Trails' a very nice community in the Southwest. 5 min. to Freeway 215. Easy access to Strip, all casinos & convention center; several shopping centers like Town square are easy to reach from this beautiful retreat. Take a scenic tour visiting Red Rock where you can ride your bike or take a hike. Lake Mead Recreation Area, Hoover Dam, among others. Property has a phone & fax, very convenient for your business trip, wireless Internet is available as well, some copy paper upon your request. The kitchen has a high oven, gas cook top, microwave, toaster & all utensils for a regular meal, 3 different groceries stores are in the surrounding area.
