So whether you want to read and unwind in an antique rocking chair by the fire downstairs or sprawl out on the sectional and take in a movie upstairs, this house has it all!

Get ready to relax and enjoy this very special 3000 sq. ft home that sleeps 24 people. The house offers 3 bedrooms and a converted petite office area into 4th bedroom, loft and additional small attic loft, 2 separate large living rooms with vaulted ceilings, bar, 2 decks, 2 1/2 bathrooms, laundry room and a large garage. Great Experience with the owner and the property

Rented this home the 1st weekend of June 2009. Working with the owner was very easy, as he was quick to respond and very professional. (Due to my career, 90% of the communication was done via e-mail). The house was in excellent condition when we arrived. It was very clean, well organized and had everything you would need (towels, Toilet Paper, kitchen appliances, Stereos, firewood, etc.) The location was just as the owner had described - my group was looking for a large home, where we could spent evenings in the backyard without disturbing the neighbors.I've rented homes in Killington Vt for the last few years, but this was one of the best. Very satisfied customer.

House has great character. Plenty of room for my large extended family of all age ranges. Fully equipped kitchen, we cooked and fed our large army every night. Plenty of fire wood and wood stove kept the place toasty warm despite 0 degree temps outside. Hot tub was a big hit. Would stay again.

Owner is Very Honorable and Gracious

I had rented the house for a weekend golf outing for friends coming from Boston, New York City, Northern Vermont and Syracuse, NY. Hurricane Irene had other plans and washed out the roads which prohibited access to the house. The owner and I remained in contact leading up to our weekend, weighing the options available to us. We could have accessed the house through some creative shuttles and hiking, but the owner was gracious and provided and complete refund. I want to thank him for his understanding and will keep the house in mind for future visits and will not hesitate to recommend the property to friends and family.

Ski Trip

I rented this house for a family/friends get together for a skiing trip and it was great. We had 23 adults and it was certainly big enough for all of us, and had no problem with sleeping arrangements. The house is in a good location, close to the mountains and bars/restaurants. We enjoyed using the indoor fireplace and firepit in the backyard, especially since the shed is full of firewood to burn. Also, the jacuzzi was a nice size for us to come back to and relax in after skiing. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to bring a big group up for a week or weekend get away. Everyone in our group loved it and will look to return in the future.
