Beautiful and Peaceful Gorgeous Home

This home was exactly as described and pictured. Anita was a wonderful host and explained how all amenities worked and provided great attraction information.
She also greeted us with delicious warm brownies before leaving us to enjoy her
private and spacious home. The home was also immaculate and well maintained.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the serenity and peaceful back yard with covered patio and mountains, horses, and cows in the far back pasture. Lovely and quiet to sit outside in the mornings and evenings and enjoy the very pretty views and trees. The front yard was also very private and pretty as pictured. We were very impressed with all amenities. Every room had every necessity, and amenity you would ever need. Supreme comfort including wonderful beds with great mattresses for a great night's sleep. We enjoyed the close restaurants and activities to include horseback riding, hiking and short drive to Sedona. Nate's
cowboy cafe, Tavern Grill (Old Town Cottonwood), and Georgies were close and
wonderful restaurants.. Many other good ones also close by and shopping also close. Overall, our stay was relaxing, quiet, serene, and beautiful Thank you Anita! We hope to return in the future and appreciate your kindness and lovely home. Mary M.

Can't say enough about this home and location!
Anita’s hospitality began even before we arrived. We called her from the airport and told her we would be stopping for supper on the way from Phoenix. She suggested the perfect place as a welcome to the southwest! The Road Runner Steak House in New River was just off the highway and a great place to unwind after a long flight. Then on to Cottonwood…….
Wow! This home was even better than we expected! Gorgeous and spacious sums it up! Anita greeted us with fresh baked brownies. Fresh roses were on the table from the beautiful rose bushes that adorn this property. The home is inviting, well maintained and beyond comfortable.
We stayed a week while visiting Sedona, Jerome, Cottonwood and The Grand Canyon. What a great location! Sedona is just a short scenic drive and The Grand Canyon is an easy day trip. It was so nice to come "home" to a quiet, spacious, peaceful abode after a busy day of sightseeing. We were able to prepare meals in the well equipped, spacious kitchen and eat on the private, gorgeous patio while watching the horses graze in the adjoining field. If that wasn't enough to keep us spell bound and entertained we could watch the graceful Herons that were nesting in the nearby trees! There are two living rooms so us girls could plan our next day’s activities in one while the guys watched TV from comfy overstuffed furniture in the other room. This was a vacation of a lifetime. Don’t hesitate.
(The Verde Railroad scenic ride through the valley should not be missed as well as the numerous State Parks. Don’t miss Slide Rock State Park and the Indian Ruins at Montezuma’s Castle)

Six adults and we still had plenty of space!
We found the listing description accurate and the home more than ample. We enjoyed many meals together; sharing cooking and cleaning was easy in a home this size. (a briquet b.b.q)
There were so many things to see and do. We enjoyed Jerome, Sedona, hiking around Bell Rock, Cottonwood, Out of Africa, Grand Canyon, to name a few.
We loved Anita's home baked brownies, and such a pleasure to deal with!
I would return in a flash and would recommend this home to others! :)

We just got back from a wonderful vacation in Cottonwood, AZ. This location is ideal to Sedona, Cottonwood, and Jerome. Close enough drive for a day trip to the Grand Canyon which we enjoyed immensely! Cottonwood has a great downtown area with shops and great food. The house was great as it felt like a real home rather than a cramped hotel room. Plenty of space to get time away by yourself if needed! I would definitely recommend this home to families and girls weekends!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, immaculate and spacious home. There were four adults in our party--my husband and I, as well as my two sisters. Everyone had their own rooms and privacy. The home is exactly as posted on this site.

Upon arrival we were greeted with the wonderful aroma of freshly baked brownies. We drove in from Las Vegas. Although we had packed a cooler of goodies for the road trip, arriving at the house to freshly baked brownies was a welcomed treat.

Vacationing from Hawaii, the outdoors means a lot to us. This home features a wonderful covered lanai area and beyond the back yard is a land lock parcel where a couple of horses and cows grazed. Just the right touch of country!! Having early morning coffee or breakfast and late evening grilling by the evening skies accompanied by just the right weather (not too cold...not too hot) on the lanai was just like being at home.

Over the years we have just had wonderful memories and very enjoyable times at the many vacation rentals that we have experienced. I will choose a vacation rental over a hotel any day. You just seem to get more for your money at a vacation home...and it all begins with the personal touch of the owner(s).
