Saltwater front home located on Barters Island with expansive views from 300 foot waterfront with 2 a/c privacy. Home is comfortable with large eat-in kitchen, bathrooms located on first & second floors, laundry on second floor. Living room with leather sectional, den off family room with access to breezeway & deck with gas grill. Office area for wireless hookup & unlimited long distance telephone, 3 TVs. Private tidal dock & runway. Great bird watching: eagles, osprey, blue herons, ducks, & loons. All viewed from most windows along with harbor seals Barters Island has a unique manual swing bridge (not many swing bridges left) Island is 4.3 miles long & 1 miles wide. Great for walking and biking. Botanical Gardens, Land Trust trails, YMCA camp, & saltwater and lake swimming within a mile. Boothbay Harbor approx. 4 miles for shopping, eating, boat sight seeing/rentals & kayaks, Opera House with live theatre & entertainment.
