NEW PRICING: This wonderful 4 bedroom/2 bath Harwich home features a peaceful and quiet setting, yet provides easy access to all things Cape Cod. Located just 3/10 of a mile to Long Pond (700+ acre 'pond'), a half mile to the Cape Cod bike path, and a short bike-ride to public tennis courts, this home is a great choice for those seeking an active vacation. With 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 upstairs with a full bath on each floor, it is a comfortable option for a large family or for 2 families to share. Use the gas grill to enjoy a BBQ on the large deck in back. For your convenience, Internet access is available, along with use of the garage. The owner would consider allowing a dog on a case by case basis. This is a non-smoking property. Travel Insurance is available upon request. This property welcomes payment by personal check or Visa/MasterCard. Bed linens and towels are NOT provided. Please note that a dog is allowed only with prior owner permission. No cats.
