First floor houses two separate sitting areas. Living room with couch, love seat and chair houses a 32’Flat Screen TV with DVD player. Four Season Porch holds another seating area with a cozy sectional and additional couch with floor to ceiling windows on three sides, a perfect spot to watch the sun come up with your morning coffee! The dining area seats 10 (an additional two at the counter in adjacent kitchen) and overlooks Governor’s Island across the bay! The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking basics like spices, flour, sugar. The outside deck has additional seating, gas grill and a hot tub for those cool evenings!
The second floor holds 4 bedrooms and bathroom. Two bedrooms have queens, flat screen TV’s with DVD players and a nice view of the water. One room has a twin set of bunk beds with cozy seating area for watching a movie! The fourth room is our “den” that holds a bunk bed with twin on top, double on bottom and an additional futon lounger that holds one comfortably…maybe two little ones! This room has a 37 inch flat screen, and PS2 game system. The bathroom has a tub/shower
Third floor holds two additional bedrooms. One has a king bed with beautiful waking views of the sunrise! The second room has a queen bed and comfy seating area to watch the sun come up. Both rooms have flat screen TV’s with DVD players. Third floor bathroom is a ¾ bath.
Driveway can hold up to 4-5 cards easily. Common area with two other homes provides an additional outside sitting area with fire pit.
Our home is located less than 2 miles from Weirs Beach and Meadowbrook Farms Music Center. It’s less than 5 miles from Gunstock Ski Area!
