Great location. Amenities leave much to be desired. No mixing bowls, frying pans, pitchers, pyrex backing dishes -- only 1 wine glass. All the trash cans were full when we arrived. Main TV is the only TV with all the networks, cable -- all others in bedrooms do not have cable, etc. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Vacuum cleaner doesn't even work!!! Not very clean!!! Communication with owner very difficult. Thursday before checking in -- still didn't receive instructions on accessing condo. Still awaiting security deposit check. We needed to evacuate early because of the Hurricane & the owner did not even offer to compensate -- she just asked that we bring in her patio furniture!!!!!
Owner's Response: We are sorry you were disappointed. We do not give out the entry instructions until shortly before arrival as a security measure for other tenants. We were sorry that the hurricane and the state of NJ required you to leave early, this was beyond our control. We do appreciate your bringing in the outdoor furniture. When we arrived shortly after the storm, we found there are bowls and frying pans. We were not aware of the issues with wineglasses and the vacuum until just now, or we would have addressed them during your stay. All of the televisions in the bedroom do have cable television, just basic cable, but it is operational. Again, we apologize for the delay in the return of your deposit, that was completely an oversight on our part. The check has been mailed. We are sorry you were disappointed.
